Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay will be arriving on our shores again, this time to film his food and travel show, Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted!
The series will take him on food expeditions around the world that will include “high-octane adventures underwater, in the mountains and through jungles”. Each episode will involve a competitive element, with cooking showdowns in which the chef will reinterpret traditional recipes and go head-to-head with the local experts.
Known for his swearword rages and short temper, Ramsay will scale the rooves of caves to harvest birds’ nests in Borneo, and also hunt tarantulas in Cambodia.
The series will be produced by the chef’s own Studio Ramsay sometime soon. The show is expected to be released in 2019 on National Geographic, in 171 countries and 43 languages.
