8 Halloween Parties You Need To Check Out For A Spooktacular Halloween!



The scariest, silliest and sugariest night of the year is about to arrive.

Even though traditionally, Halloween isn’t a recognised holiday in Malaysia, Malaysians get pretty pumped up for Halloween anyway. ‘Cause who wouldn’t enjoy dressing up as someone (or something) else, hanging out with friends and getting yourself scared shitless, are we right?

To help you celebrate, we’ve summoned up a list of the spookiest Halloween events you can do on and before the 31st!

#1 The Dark Party At KL Live Centre

Set to claim the title of KL’s Scariest Halloween Party, this event will have music, dancing, partying, circus arts performance and a special guest appearance by Asia’s Got Talent Winner 2017, The Sacred Riana!

#2 Sunway Lagoon’s Nights Of Fright 6

Sunway Lagoon’s Festival of Fear is back and it’s scarier than ever! Explore Sunway Lagoon at night, among ghosts and ghouls. This time around, they have eight haunted houses, four scare zones and 11 night amusement rides. BTW, don’t run. Cause if you run, the monsters WILL chase you.

#3 Mexican Feast At Thyme Out

#4 KidZania After Hours Phobia

#5 Massacre At Zouk KL

Zouk is bringing its gruesome side to the surface this year with a brand new concept inspired by horror films. Be prepared to see characters the likes of Saw, Insidious, Annabelle, The Conjuring, and more. On top of that, they’re building an Escape Room INSIDE the club! Complete the maze quick enough and you might win a prize. So, get your costume on and enjoy free admission before 1am, then drink and dance the night away.

#6 Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights

If you don’t mind travelling a little further, Halloween Horror Nights is back at Universal Studios Singapore. This year’s event features five haunted houses, two scare zones and Zombie Laser Tag!

If that isn’t awesome enough, one of the haunted houses featured is a Stranger Things-themed one! Fans get to experience what it’s like to be a character in the series, explore Hawkins, the Upside Down and come face to face with the Demogorgon.

#7 Fortnitemares In Fortnite

Halloween is coming to Fortnite: Battle Royale. Explore all of the tasty treats, exciting appearances, and new looks. Take out Cube Fiends and Fragments to pick up loot, and survive against enemy players. Fortnitemares interestingly blurs the line between Battle Royale mode and Save The World mode by giving players zombie-like enemies to fend off.

#8 PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds Survival Squad Of Horrors

Frightfully fun Halloween costumes are coming to PUBG! Pick the Killer Clown, Maniacal Butcher, Ancient Mummy, or Bloody Nurse costume in the PUBG store, or win it in the screenshot contest. To help all players celebrate, PUBG is making the Haunted Pumpkin Mask available as a temporary item for everyone, with the opportunity to earn it permanently.
