One of the slots went to Bayern Munich who came back from 3-2 down to win 4-3 against Real Madrid in their quarter final second leg meeting this morning.
Bayern scored 2 goals towards the end of the match through Luis Diaz and Micheal Olise to wrap up a 6 – 4 victory on aggregate to advance.
They will next face the difficult task of fighting holders PSG for a spot in the final.
Meanwhile, Arsenal also secured their spot in the semis this morning!
The Gunners fought out a goalless draw with Sporting Lisbon this morning but were propelled by their 1-nil lead from the first leg.
Mikel Arteta’s side are now set to take on Atletico Madrid.
