Man City Keep Their EPL Title Hopes Alive

The Premier League title race is going down to the wire with second-placed Man City keeping their hopes alive with a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace this morning.

It leaves City just two points behind leaders Arsenal with both teams having two games remaining.

It means the Gunners will be guaranteed to be crowned champions if they win their next two matches.

Separately, Michael Carrick is almost certain to be given the Man United manager’s job on a permanent basis.

Multiple UK reports say the club’s senior officials have decided that the former midfielder is the right man for the job…having recently secured the Red Devils’ qualification into the Champions League.

Serie A champions Inter Milan have won the Coppa Italia after beating Lazio 2-0 to wrap up the domestic double.

Selangor have made the final of the ASEAN Club Championship after beating Vietnam’s Nam Dinh 2-0 in their semifinal second-leg, to copmplete a 4-1 victory on aggregate.

And, mixed doubles world champions Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei have been named Best Athletes at the Sportswriters Association of Malaysia Awards, while the best Para Athlete prize went to powerlifter Bonnie Bunyau Gustin.
