Dogs are smart and loving animals.

If you’re a dog owner, or knows someone who owns dogs, you would know that they are loyal to their humans. So if you are loved by one, you’re super lucky! 

But it’s sad how many pets such as dogs and cats, sometimes rabbits too, get abandoned on a daily basis because their owners can’t take care of them anymore or just simply got bored of having a pet to take care of.

A video on Twitter recently went viral of a blind dog that was abandoned after its owners moved out of their rented house. 

Syahmi, who shared the video, said that the dog waits in front of the house waiting for its owner to come back all day long. 

His brother was kind enough to take care of the dog, while they figure out what to do next. “It’s even sad because the dog is blind. If he gets out of the area, he might get lost or fall into a drain.”

“He sits there, in front of his house all day, waiting for his owner to come back. It’s sad that we can’t take him back home” he said in the tweet.

It’s sad because the dog won’t even know it’s been abandoned!

Pets are a huge responsibility, so before adopting or buying one, please make sure that you can take care of them. They are a part of your family, too. So please don’t abandon them!
