However, sometimes there are customers who are not satisfied with the courier service, because they receive their items either damaged or missing.
A video on Twitter recently went viral of a delivery man, caught on a closed-circuit television trying to deliver a parcel to a customer. The young man was seen dancing with the parcel as proof that the item had been safely delivered.
The video has since garnered over 302.9 thousand views at the time of writing.
“I believed this happened in Yong Peng (Johor), but no other information yet,” the caption reads.

Malaysians took to the comment section to share their amusement: “Usually it’s the customer who is happy to receive the parcel. This time, it’s the other way around,” said one person.
