This year, GOT7’s BamBam has been at the centre of concern as fans and friends reach out to support him through a challenging time.
In July, Ahgases was alarmed by a post BamBam shared on Instagram, expressing deep exhaustion. “I just want to sleep and not wake up so I can finally rest,” he wrote, sparking worry across his fanbase.

Shortly after, he reassured them with a follow-up message, acknowledging the pressures he’s been facing. He shared, “It was a lot of pressure and stress… and since my body has not really felt so well for a long time now… Sometimes I get sensitive and emotional. I’ll do my best… and will find my time to rest.”
I promise you, all we ever want is for you to be happy and healthy. Nothing else matters more than that.

Aww, my heart breaks knowing Bambam is feeling like this, but i’m so glad his going back home to Thailand. He really does need to be with his family right now and people that genuinely care about him. 🥺 pic.twitter.com/At9f6j1LkR

Currently on his 2024 [BAMESIS] SHOWCASE TOUR, BamBam has opened up further with his audiences. During a concert in Manila, he spoke openly about feeling increasingly unhappy, telling fans, “I feel unhappy more than I feel happy these days… You guys are the only people that I can talk to, the only people that I can lean on.”
He also asked his fans, Ahgases, to find happiness even when he cannot, sharing how much they lift his spirits: “If this world is not gonna allow me to be so happy, at least I want to give my energy to you guys… and then someday… when I need that energy, please… be there for me.”
BamBam’s openness has drawn support from fellow GOT7 members and other friends. Fellow member Jackson Wang reached out publicly on X, standing by BamBam and encouraging him to prioritise his own well-being, reminding him that fans love him for who he is, not for his surroundings.
Jackson’s message resonated, as he has also experienced the pressures of the industry.
One more thing, bam❤️

Ur audience love u,

Not the people , team, label, partners, or anyone else.
After being discharged from military service on 1 November, GOT7 leader Jay B also joined in to express his support. During an Instagram live, Jay B shared that he had reached out to BamBam directly after seeing his posts.
Jay B’s immediate reaction was concern; he asked BamBam if he was okay and told him to reach out whenever he needed. “I was worried… so I called him right away, but he said he was fine… I told him to contact me whenever he needed,” Jay B explained.
not even for a moment did I think the boys didn’t message Bambam when he was posting such worrisome things. I’m glad they have each other, and I’m glad this bond isn’t dying anytime soon pic.twitter.com/TiHvTDUh9p
