Hari Raya is the time when most Malaysians will balik kampung to be with families, and decorate their houses with festive decorative lights and pelita lamps just to get into that Raya mood.
But this year is a little different due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The government is taking all the precautions necessary to prevent the spread of the virus, and that includes banning interstate travels which means most Malaysians will not be celebrating Hari Raya at their kampungs.
Everyone is now dealing with the new normal in their own ways, and some have recreated virtual kampung houses using the simulation video game, The Sims 4.
