It only takes a thief a few seconds to smash your car’s window and get what they want, so don’t take the chance!
Even the paid parking lot with securities at a famous shopping mall in KL is no longer safe.
Just recently, a man took to Twitter to share a photo of his car with its window smashed. In the tweet, he advised the public to often visit the mall to always be careful and not to leave anything in their car.
The man, whose name is Haziq explained that he accidentally left a bag of clothes and baby formula in the back seat of his car, before it was broken into, “Luckily, there were no valuables in the bag,” he wrote.

What’s more surprising is that the same incident happened the night before at the mall’s parking lot.
The other victim saw Haziq’s tweet and contacted him to inform him about the same incident that happened to him, “Unfortunately his wife lost her company’s laptop. Police report has been made,” he said.

Malaysians then took to the comment section to advise the public to not leave anything in their car, especially in places that don't have security, “Never, never leave anything in your car. Even a plastic bag!”
So dangerous! Please don’t leave your valuables in your car, guys!
