Photos of rubbish on the floors outside of a luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur recently went viral on Twitter.
In the photo, shared by Twitter user, @KLReporter shows used menstrual pads that have been tossed out the window and onto the floors. Apparently, the problem has been going on for about a year and the residents said that they are “already tired of it.”
