Several photos have been circulating social media recently showing a restaurant using a public parking area in front of their restaurant to put chairs and tables for their customers to sit and eat.

The photos that were shared on Twitter by user @isusemasaviral said the incident happened at a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, where a car is seen parked at the public parking area in front of the restaurant.
In the same photo, the restaurant workers appeared to have arranged their chairs and tables around the car and deliberately blocked its way out. A chair is also seen placed on top of the car.

It is understood that the incident happened at a well-known food stall in Jalan Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur.
The car owner, who uploaded the photos on Facebook said that he will demand compensation for damages in addition to making a report to the local authority.
Following that, Twitter users criticised the actions of the business involved as using a public parking lot to do business is also an offence.

Another perspective, maybe the volume customer of the shop can’t fit inside the actual shop..maybe the sidewalk can be expended to compliment the shop with some condition/rental.. should priotise more pedestrian friendly than area just for car..
