Ramadan is a holy month of fasting for Muslims!
This means they don’t eat or drink anything between sunrise and sunset, therefore, Muslims eat a healthy and filling meal ahead of sunrise which is known as Suhoor which provides them with the necessary energy to maintain their fitness level throughout the day.

However, sometimes it’s not easy to wake up at 4:30 am to eat…
Recently, a video went viral of a group of students waking up their classmates for suhoor using a speaker and blasting the iconic Mimi Peri “sahur” alarm.
The video was viewed over 498.2 thousand times.
