According to Istana Negara’s Instagram post, Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah was on his way to a pre-cabinet meeting with the Prime Minister when he stopped to offer assistance. Fortunately, the driver did not sustain any major injuries.
