If you were on the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) this morning (12th April 2021) from Setia Alam heading towards Subang, chances are you had to endure a massive delay on the highway.

The delay was due to a low-rider lorry that got stuck under a flyover at KM11.2 and blocked the left lane.

The resulting jam was indeed brutal, escalating to an 8KM crawl from Setia Alam to Subang starting as early as 8am till the time of writing (12.30 pm).
Netizens went on to Twitter to share their frustrations on the heavy traffic.

According to PLUS’s Twitter account, the accident occurred at around 4.23 am, but the traffic only started to slow down at 7.30 am during rush hour.

The lorry got stuck under an underpass that apparently only allows vehicles with a height of under 5 metres to pass through.

At the time of writing, there is still a 1 hour jam from Setia Alam towards Subang.
