Malaysia recorded an astounding recovery rate of 80.81% for COVID-19 patients in the country, which currently is the highest in the world!

The news was announced by Malaysia’s national hero, Health Ministry’s Director-General Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah in his daily press conference.

As of yesterday, The Ministry of Health saw another 59 Covid-19 patients cured and discharged from hospitals in Malaysia.

This makes the total recovered Covid-19 patients in our country at 5,571 as of yesterday, 17 May, with 1,210 active cases.
This is good news for all Malaysians and a great achievement for our frontliners who have been working hard for Malaysia to be free of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Keep up the good work Malaysians! We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for us doing our part by staying at home, too!
Let’s just hope we’ll be able to get to a 100% recovery rate soon and that this pandemic will be over soon!
