Looks like more Malaysians will get their vaccination appointments soon!

According to Reuters, Malaysia will receive 1 million AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines donated by Japan today (July 1st), while the United States will be donating 1 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on Friday (July 2nd).
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin told reporters that Japan has also agreed to donate similar amounts of the AstraZeneca vaccine to the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia.
So far, Malaysia has administered over 7.8 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine as of Tuesday (June 29th).

The five states that recorded the highest number of people who have completed two doses of the vaccine were Selangor with 287,127 recipients followed by Sarawak (246,259), Johor (233,239), Perak (201,040) and Sabah (188,690).
Soon, more people will be vaccinated and hopefully we can live our lives normally again!
