A lorry carrying loads of canned sardines overturned across the southbound lanes of the North-South Expressway (PLUS) on August 3rd at around 12:45 pm.

As a result, traffic from the Menora tunnel to Ipoh was briefly stopped.
PLUS Malaysia took to their Twitter to report that there was a three-kilometer traffic backup as a result of the overturned lorry, temporarily closing the road from the Menora tunnel to Ipoh.

According to BERNAMA, they saw cans of sardines in tomato sauce littering the road which had turned red.

But we’re glad no one was hurt and that the road is now back to normal!
